  • Meet Stacey!

Stacey has an interesting professional background working in various sales and marketing positions ranging from a men's hockey team, a global publishing company, and most recently a shelter that serves abused women and children. She brings her passion to everything she does, which has fueled her craving to be an entrepreneur, and has since founded Embrace Photography that is visited by hundreds of fans from over 10 countries.

Her inspiration is capturing life as it happens – looking for those 'ordinary' everyday moments turning them into extraordinary images. Today Stacey is perhaps best known for her positivity, her belief in the power of intention, and of course, her love of life, family and friends.

    Some of Stacey's mottos:

    • What you put out into the universe, comes back to you.
    • Everything happens for a reason.
    • Doing a good deed for a stranger makes life more fulfilling.
    • Never underestimate yourself.
    • You can find love a second time around.
    • It doesn’t matter what others think…”To thine own self be true”.

Family also comes in ‘fur’

Happy Family Day!  As many of you know, family comes in all shapes and sizes – including ‘fur’!

I found a moment of inspiration today – with a yellow balloon, a boy and his dog.  I managed to grab my camera and snap off a few in a hurry to capture this beautiful moment!  Hopes this makes you smile – it does for me!

What a Beautiful Life Looks Like…..

Today Randi and Rob were celebrating Rob’s birthday and their afternoon kicked off with a fun photo shoot!  I have known Randi for many years but hadn’t yet had the opportunity to meet Rob, her wonderful partner in life and father to their beautiful daughter Isabella.

It was an hour of laughs and fun, and I can see how much Rob loves Randi.. and it was watching the ‘magic of love’ between them that kept me warm on a February afternoon, from the glow these two have for one another.  Thank you to the both of you – for once again, securing my belief in ‘happily ever after’.

Happy Birthday Rob!  I hope you both enjoy the sneak peeks!  These were just a few of my favs!

You two make life beautiful! xo

I think this last one is one of my all time favourites!!!

Going Places…

On a chance encounter I met this beautiful, young woman Jade.   You will learn more about her in a couple weeks, but long story short, she is a high school student volunteering her time with the agency I work for and I needed to get a couple pictures of her for our upcoming event. She wanted to see a few sneak peeks – and so here they are!

Well world, let me introduce to you – Jade.  She is a talented, savvy, gorgeous young woman who is aspiring to work in the marketing/public relations industry.  Once you spend five minutes with her – you just know, she is going places!

Thank you Jade for being such a perfect role model – your mom must be so proud of you!  Thank you for all the work you have done so far!

and I think my favourite out of these three…………….{see below}.

She’s simply gorgeous!

Embrace Your Inner Goddess……….

I hear it all the time, embrace ‘who you are’, be grateful for who you are and what you give to the world, yet every single boudoir client I have had immediately feels intimated at their first boudoir session.   Do you blame them? I admit, I’d be nervous too, however, I appreciate that feeling is completely normal – especially living in a world where beauty seems to be dictated by how skinny a woman is, or how perfect their body or skin complexion is.

Well, one thing I know for sure, is that in order to be happy with yourself, you must embrace all your perfections as well as those things issues that you wish you could change.  Once you do, you will realize that inner beauty truly comes from within, and people will remember you for the time you spent with them, the difference you made in their life and not what your pant size was.

If you want to challenge yourself  book a boudoir session and prove to yourself that you can do it – prove that you aren’t scared of being photographed with your-so-called imperfections.   What imperfections anyway?  That’s all in your head!

I promise you’ll love the memories that these photos will represent and remind you of a time that you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone!

Enjoy this sneak peek of a recent session!  She is simply gorgeous~

She is ………all things beautiful…

I am so delighted that my client Ms. D  fulfilled her wish and ticked off an Embrace Photography boudoir session off her bucket list!   Although I could tell she was a little nervous to start, it didn’t take long to relax and embrace the experience and she was a natural in front of the camera.  Her full gallery is absolutely gorgeous and she gave me permission to share these two images with all Embrace Photography fans!  Enjoy!

If you want to embrace your inner goddess- contact me to book a session soon!

Note these types of sessions are usually up to two hours in length.
